どーも！元気にしてますか？私は新型コロナの影響の中、無事生き抜いております。最初は、外出制限の中時間をどうやって過ごすがか悩んで、溜まった海外ドラマや映画を観たり、軽い運動をしたりということだけでしたが、今では専ら勉強の時間に充てています。ネットを見てみると、自宅で筋トレをしたり、リモートワークでアプリを使って会議、整理整頓、歌手にいたってはユーチューブ上でライブを開いたりなど、みんなアイデアを凝らしているな～と関心。さて、2回目の投稿は、私が『フリーランスで働くきっかけになった』→『前職のブラック企業で働いていた経験』についてお話していきます！

Hello everyone;) How have you been ? I’ve been doing well under worldwide pandemic by corona virus. At first, I just watched movies, TV seriese which I haven’t done and some excersise but now I more focus on improving myself like learning blog, web deploping etc. On the other hand, according to internet, some people work out or work remotely at home , have live show on Youtube. Well, this is my second post so that let me write about why I quite a job and started to work as a freelancer.

1.私が働いていたブラック企業の詳細

営業妨害になる恐れもあるので、実名はお伝えすることができませんが、中四国を中心に活躍する某大手旅行会社。バス・飛行機・鉄道を介した募集型企画旅行を運営していて、最近ではインバウンドにも力を入れている某旅行会社。そのブラック企業で、商品企画、営業など約４年間従事。

1.Details about the unhonest company

I can’t tell you exact name of this company because of the law but this is a travel company that has thier business in shikoku, tyugoku area, Japan. They sell tours by bus, plane, train and nowdays they more work on inbound business. I worked this company at saling, marketing section for about 4 years.

2.残業代未払いなブラック体験

ありきたりかも知れませんが、この某旅行会社は、残業代を支払わない悪徳な企業。業務内容からして決して定時に終わることはなく、毎日平均して約3時間の残業。1時間の残業で終わることもあれば、5時間たっても帰らせてもらえないこともありました。上司に相談しても、みなし残業代として約3万5千円支払っているから、それ以上は貰えないとの一点張り。実際のところこのみなし残業代は、時間に当てはめると30時間程度。月に22日働いたとして月の残業時間は66時間なので、約半分しか支払われていないことになります。その後、労働基準監督署に相談しましたが、労働時間を管理していない、就業規則に記載しているなど、駄々をこね支払ってもらえませんでした。ありきたりになっているということ自体、怖いですよね。

2.Experiences they didn’t pay for extra work

These days it’s not rare anymore in Japan but this company is the one who don’t pay money for extra work. In this company , it’s not possible to finish my work within working hour, I worked more 3 hours more everyday on average. Of course that’s an example, some times i finished on time, but some times I couldn’t finish even after 5 hours more due to many works. Discussed about that with my boss , they just said they paid extra money which wasn’t related to how many hours I worked actually. In short, they paid for a part of etras , not all. Then I said to Labor Standards Inspection Office but this fucking bad company didnt pay at all with stupid excuses.

3.過去に辞めていった人のブラック体験

ケース①　社内で過剰にプレッシャー、ストレスをかけられ退職。そのあと、上司や同僚が会社に残っていた証明写真を使っていたずらをして遊んでいました。

ケース②　結婚を理由に退職した女性がいましたが、実際は結婚で休職をしたいと申し出たところ、もう会社で貢献できるところはないと言われ、退職に追い込まれた。

ケース③　仕事でミスをした社員がその見返りとして、社長の前で退職届を強制的に書かせ、ミスをしたあとは雑用ばかりさせ、不要になった途端、以前書かせた退職届を受理し退職させた。

ケース④　女性っぽい男性社員がいて、そのことをネタにいじめ。後に精神的にやられてしまい、皮膚が爛れるなど異変が生じた為、蒸発退職。

3.Employers who quit in the past

Case1 They gave stress too much to one of emplyers and he quite. Then they played with his vertify pic.

Case2 There was a woman emplyer who quite because she engaged. But in fact, she wanted to work after her breaks for a while , however, they refused her offer saying there was no place for her anymore.

Case3 This company made a employer write retirement notice after he made a mistake and they gave shit jobs to him and accepted his retirement notice when they didnt need him anymore.

Case4 There was a employer who acted like a woman and had bullyed by others because of that. After all, he had some skin peoblems caused by stresses and disappeared.

4.社内で起きたブラックな嫌がらせ

先程紹介したのは、過去の社員が経験したことですが、ここでは私が実際経験したことをお話します。

• 残業代未払い
• 挨拶しても無視
• お歳暮やお土産が自分にだけない
• 添乗業務を連続で入れられる
• 給料カット
• 雑用しか与えられない
• グループラインから自分だけ外される
• 早朝の見送り業務を何度も入れられる
• 有給休暇を拒否　などなど

4.Harassment i had

• Ignoring even if i greeted
• Not given any gift only to me
• Shifted me on hard work continuous days
• Cuted my salary
• Gave me only shit jobs
• Kicked me out from thier group
• No acceped paid holiday

5.退職代行を利用してついにブラックから晴れてホワイトに

いよいよこの状況に耐えかねた私は、ついにその時話題になっていた退職代行を利用して、退職することにしました。通勤すること自体が憂鬱になっていた頃、ネットで退職について調べていると退職代行が流行っていることを見つけたのがきっかけ。退職代行というのは、依頼するだけで、退職できるというもので、退職の手続きの代行や会社の人と話をすることなく退職へ導いてくれることです。最初は、会社も退職を拒否していましたが、弁護士の退職代行を利用してこともあり、無事退職することができました。このサービスのいいところは、①会社の人と会わずに退職できる、②資料のやり取りなどは全て代行してもらえる、③代行だけでなく、有給休暇の消化や退職金まで催促してもらえること。無事に退職した私は、仕事で培った知識を使い、一儲けしたあとフリーランスとして生きていくことになました。

5.Quiting the company via lawyer helping quiting for me

As I couldn’t stand up with that situation, I decided to use a service which helped me to quite for me . I found that service when I felt bad to go to work. This service allowes me to quit that company without talking to company , and also they cares about retireing money and paid holidays. Finally i could quite without any stress. With some knowledge that i got during i worked there, i got some money as a competeter analyist and now you know, im here as a freelancer.

6.まとめ

中四国にある某旅行会社は、実は残業代未払いや従業員の待遇に問題が蔓延するブラック企業で、その状況を打破すべく退職代行を使い退職後、フリーランスとして活躍することに！

6.Conclusion

This company was terrible, unhonest but i made it quitting job via special service and i work as a freelance now with pleasure.
