Today I will talk about japanese passport which is being saying NO.1 passport in the word, so let me give you some tips about secret etc.

1.ビザなし渡航は、世界第一位191ヵ国　Free access to 191 countries without visa

日本のパスポートがあれば、ビザを取得しなくても191ヵ国の国に自由に旅行することができます。これは、日本人のマナーの良さや海外での犯罪率の低さなど、国際社会から信用されているからとも言われており、多くの国で日本人ウェルカムなんだそうです。ちなみに、ビザ取得が必要な国は・・・ロシア、北朝鮮、アルジェリア、アンゴラ、ブルキナファソ、ブルンジ、カメルーン、チャド、中央アフリカ、コンゴ共和国、コンゴ民主共和国、コートジボアール、赤道ギニア、エリトリア、ガンビア、ガーナ、リビア、マリ、ニジェール、ナイジェリア、シエラレオーネ、南スーダン、イラク、シリア、サウジアラビア、イエメン、キューバ、ナウル、アフガニスタン、ブータン、トルクメニスタン、パキスタン、リベリアなど。

We can travel 191 countries without visa with japanese passport, it shows that japanese people is reliable, good manner and don’t do criminal in another ountries, many countries are welcome for japanese people. We need a visa forRussia, North Korea, Algeria, Angola, Burkina Faso, Brunji, Cameroon, Chad, Central Africa, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Equator Guinea, Eritria, Gambia, Ghana, Libya, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Cuba, Naur, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Libya, etc.

2.パスポートは実は５種類存在！5 different passport

日本のパスポートは、「一般旅券（５年）」・「一般旅券（１０年）」・「公用旅券」・「外交旅券」・「緊急旅券」の５種類あり、利用目的や利用者によって異なるパスポートが発行されます。ちなみに、パスポートを紛失・盗難にあった場合は大使館で、帰国のために緊急旅券が発行されます。

There is 5 kinds of japanese passport which are 5 years normal, 10 years normal, official, diplomatic and emergency passport, you can get passport depends on persons and purpose. If you lose it, you need to ask for emergency passport as soon a possible.

3.パスポート番号の意味 Meaning of passport number

パスポート毎に割り振られた数字は、英字2桁と数字7桁で構成されており、５年パスポートはMから、１０年パスポートはTから始まり、２文字目のアルファベットは日本国内で発行されていればZ以外のアルファベットが充てられます。そして最初の数字二文字は、発行された都道府県毎に決まっています。ちなみに、パスポートは運転免許書と違い、更新毎に新しい数字が与えられます。

All passport has own number, 2 alpabets and 7 numbers, 5 years normal passport begins with M, 10 years begins with T and if it is published in japan, second alphabet can be anything except Z. 2 begining number depends on prefecure, passport is not like driver license so when you get new one, you will get new passport number.

4.ICチップ

２００６年以降偽造防止のため、ＩＣチップの導入が義務付けされ、ＩＣチップには旅券名義人の氏名、国籍、生年月日、パスポート番号、旅券面情報、そして顔写真が記録されています。国により、指紋、瞳の色彩情報が登録されているところもあるみたい・・・。テロ対策、不法入国などに役立っているもよう。

All passport must have IC TIP for protection of fake since 2016, inside that, it has name, nationality, date of birth, passport number and face picture etc. Some countries passport has fingerprint, pupil color information.,

5.偽造防止対策 Protection for fake passport

日本のパスポートは、その凄さから盗難被害も多発しており、なりすましや悪用防止の為、ブラックライトを当てると、文字やラインが浮かび上がったり、小さな文字で書かれたJAPAN PASSPORTというロゴが約１４００個も散りばめていたり、犯罪防止の為いろいろな工夫がされています。

In station, supermarket, shopping mall, or restaurant, you push alcohol disinfection everytime you find.
